Why redcan?

OUR STORY

REDCAN’s story is almost half a century old. A childhood staple for Chef Jason was seeing his mom, Debbie, with her favorite drink—a red can Coke. A joke with his kid friends was never get caught taking the last can! Debbie passed before witnessing Jason’s career as a chef flourish. Needless to say, naming the restaurant after Jason’s mom is a ‘sweet’ reminder of the love and support that she always gave him on his road to success in the Chef-Restaurant world.

Reservations

While reservations are not required, they are encouraged and greatly appreciated as it helps us plan ahead to ensure the ideal dining experience for all our valued guests.

Your dining reservation has a SET TIME DURATION. Please be respectful and courteous of your dining experience as there are OTHER RESERVATIONS following yours. It is not ideal when we must remind Patrons of this situation. We know you’d hate to be the one waiting for a table, while others aren’t respectful of theirs. Thank you.
